Norwest Business Park

Norwest Business Park is a state-of-the-art $2.5 billion commercial and industrial hub at Baulkham Hills, In Sydney’s North-west. It is owned by Mulpha FKP (trading as Norwest Land). Development of the 377 hectare Norwest Business Park commenced in 1998, with more than 120 hectares of business land sold. Many high-profile multinational corporations are located at Norwest including IBM, Schneider, ResMed Inc and Woolworths. More than 17,000 people currently work at Norwest Business Park and this is expected to grow to up to 35,000 by completion of the project in 2010.

Norwest Business Park also has a residential precinct with over 2,000 dwellings, a 22 hectare heritage park and more than 30 hectares of recreational space. The final release of Norwest Business Park, Circa is currently being master-planned by Norwest Land along with residential options such as Bella Vista Waters, which is located in the centre of the area.
