Baulkham Hills, located approximately 29km North West of Sydney, is one of the largest suburbs in area and population within the Hills with a population of 32,215 people (ABS Census 2006). Baulkham Hills as a suburb not including Bella Vista makes up about 20% of the total population (159,391) of the Baulkham Hills Shire.

Baulkham Hills Town Centre comprises Stockland Mall (a recently renovated neighbourhood Shopping Centre), The Bull 'n' Bush Hotel and a number of street shops.

Baulkham Hills is the home of Norwest Business Park which is rapidly becoming the main business centre within the Hills with occupants such as Norwest Marketown, Crown Plaza Hotel and the Hillsong Church. Norwest Business Park incorporates retail, commercial, industrial and hotel developments.

Baulkham Hills is also the home to Baulkham Hills TAFE college, Roxborough Park Rose Garden (Pictured above) and a number of private and public schools.
