About North Parramatta 2151

North Parramatta is located adjacent to Parramatta but on the outskirts of The Hills. North Parramatta is within both Parramatta and Baulkham Hills Council's jurisdictions.

Known for its trading area, which is situated at the entrance from The Hills, North Parramatta provides residents of the suburb and surrounding suburbs with their entire house and car needs.

Car Sales, Mechanics, Carpet Shops are a just few examples of the businesses available in the North Parramatta Industrial Area.

North Parramatta and its immediate surrounding area are home to a variety of schools - religious, private and public as well as a number of churches of all denominations.

Shopping in North Parramatta is provided at the Town Centre, which is blended with Parramatta CBD (central business district) making Parramatta CBD one of the largest CBD's in Sydney. Westfield Shopping Town Parramatta, one of Australia's largest shopping centres also located in the CBD is certainly sufficient in providing North Parramatta residents with all their shopping needs.

Both Parramatta and Victoria Roads, which are in easy reach to all residents, allow access to Sydney CBD within 40mins (on a good day). Public transport to, from and throughout the area is mainly provided by bus although Parramatta Train Station is located in Parramatta CBD.

The population in North Parramatta has remained fairly constant with little development in the area in the last 10 years.

The attraction to North Parramatta is reasonably priced houses or units and being close to everything.
